BeeZee Bodies
BeeZee Bodies is a Government funded and Brent Council commissioned group, that deliver healthy lifestyle support evidenced by behaviour change theory and we’re coming to a venue near you (see below)!
We’re excited to say Brent’s own face-to-face BeeZee Families is starting in May, 5-7pm, and it’s not too late for families to sign up online at https://beezeebodies.com/programs/beezee-families/
We’ll be learning about portion sizes, cooking recipes, breakfast, sugar, habits and so much more with weekly sports session and snacks!
Locations:
Monday: John Keble Primary, Harlesden
Tuesday: Barham Primary, Wembley
Wednesday: Our Lady Of Grace Infants School, Dollis Hill
Thursday: St Roberts Southwell Primary, Kingsbury
Eligibility: Families live/go to school/registered with a GP in Brent, aged 5-15years old, and have one child above their ideal healthy weight. Siblings welcome and completely free!
