This academic year, we are trialing a more streamlined approach to Governing Board meetings.
In order to be quorate for Finance and Teaching & Learning decisions, we will not be running separate committees for these areas, instead, the Governing Board meetings will have a main focus each time they meet.
In Autumn Term, this will be:
FGB 1 - September: Business of Governance and School
FGB 2 - November Finance
FGB 3 - December: Teaching & Learning
Other matters may also be discussed at these meetings, however, the main focus will be as advertised above.
In Spring Term the focus for the meetings will be:
FGB 4 - February: Finance
FGB 5 - March: Teaching & Learning
As with Autumn term, there may be other matters discussed, however this will be the main focus for each meeting.
In SummerTerm the focus for the meetings will be:
FGB 7 - May: Finance
FGB 8 - May: Budget approval
FGB 9 - July: Teaching & Learning
As with previously, there may be other matters discussed, however this will be the main focus for each meeting.
