The Governors at Christ Church Primary School are proposing to formalise the current internal Special Needs Provision (St. Joseph Class) into a fully-funded Local Authority Alternative Resourced Provision.

This would bring a huge saving to the cost of the school and our current children in St. Joseph's class would still be able to access the teaching & learning in St. Joseph Class.

We are currently in the consultation period of this process, which will last until 10th July 2026.

Attached below is the business case which is being shared with all stakeholders regarding the need for this proposed change.
