Pentecost 2025

On 9th June, our school celebrated the feast of Pentecost, by holding a service hosted by Bishop Lusa, the Bishop of Willesden.

This feast marks the time when, 50 days after he rose from the dead, Jesus sent his Holy Spirit to give his followers the gifts of wisdom and courage to spread the good news of God.

During our service, the children heard the story of Pentecost, told by the Year 6 children and listened to a lesson on its meaning, by Bishop Lusa. They joined together in prayer and sang songs of praise.
